About · Optimal Wellness Clinic

A clinic that decided the prescription wasn't enough.

A Clinician-led practice in Mason, Ohio, built around whole-picture care, a daily guide, and a team that stays for what happens between visits.

Start simple: the free blood panel starts the conversation. Go deeper: the Root Cause Panel explores the wider picture.

Chapter 01

How it started.

“I am a nurse practitioner. I am also a husband and a father of eight, so I know what it means to do everything right and still feel unwell. I opened this clinic to read people’s histories and labs together instead of in pieces. And then I kept watching the same thing: a good plan on the day it was written, and a patient alone with it by the following Tuesday.”

I have cared for patients as a nurse practitioner since 2013, after working in emergency departments, urgent cares, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Optimal Wellness Clinic has cared for roughly 2,000 patients since opening in Mason in 2023.

Chapter 02

So we built the rest.

We hired a trainer who reads the medical plan. We asked Jeni to host the community. We built a daily guide with our own people inside it, and we put our name on it, because a clinic should be accountable for what happens between visits, not only during them.

Meet Tabby.

I’m Tabby Miller, a wife, mom of four, and strength coach who believes that movement can change far more than your body—it can change your confidence, your health, and the way you experience your life.

The weight you lose should be fat, not muscle. That part is mine.

Meet Jeni.

Somebody has to be the one who notices when you go quiet, and that is me. I host the community and the live sessions here, and most of what I do is not glamorous — it is reading every post, welcoming the woman who is nervous about her first week, and reaching out directly when someone who used to show up every day suddenly stops.

I am the one who notices when you go quiet. That is the whole job.

Meet your provider

Hi, I am Dr. Ryan.

I am Dr. Ryan Loveland, a nurse practitioner.

I built Optimal Wellness Clinic for people whose symptoms do not fit neatly inside a short appointment or a single lab range.

My role is to listen closely, read the systems together, and make a plan that is medically grounded and workable in real life.

Care here is private pay, transparent, and never tied to a long-term contract.

The clinic serves patients in Mason and across Ohio through in-person care and eligible telehealth visits.

I built a team, not just a practice. Coaching and community support are not an add-on here — they exist because a prescription without a plan for the rest of your life rarely works. My team and I stay with you between visits, not just at them.

Practice philosophy

Clinical care, without the noise.

An open appointment planner representing flexible care without a contract

No contracts

Continue because care remains useful, not because a contract requires it.

Health information and everyday notes arranged together for review

The whole picture

History, symptoms, medications, labs, and real life are read together.

A clear care estimate beside a calculator and pen

Clear costs

Private-pay pricing is discussed before care begins.

Chapter 04

What we will not do.

No contracts.

No before/after photos.

No numbers on a timeline.

No advice from the app that should come from a prescriber.

No selling your data, ever.
