The question
“How is your bloating today?” One tap.
The Optimal Wellness app
A daily health guide, a tracker for everything that matters on a GLP-1 or hormone plan, live coaching, and a community — built and run by an actual clinic in Mason, Ohio.
Start simple: the free blood panel starts the conversation. Go deeper: the Root Cause Panel explores the wider picture.
Built by a clinic · Your data is never sold · Real practitioners, live, every week
Chapter 01
“How is your bloating today?” One tap.
Enough to understand, never an interrogation.
A protein target, a walk, a two-minute lesson — sometimes a call with Dr. Ryan or a session with Tabby, always your choice.
Chapter 02
Chapter 03
Earned by showing up, not by perfection. One freeze a week, a next-day repair, and a comeback celebration when you return — never a summary of what you missed.
At 7, 14, 25, 50, and 100 days — some of them unlock real things at the clinic.
Once you are far enough in to want it, not before.
Chapter 04
A weekly live session with a practitioner. A weekly live session with Tabby. Replays stay in the library. Request a 1:1, a trainer session, or a lab panel and a real person answers.

Nurse practitioner · Clinical lead
“I read your history and your labs together, and I stay for what happens after the prescription.”

Personal trainer · Strength coach
“The weight you lose should be fat, not muscle. That part is mine.”

Community host · “With the Girls”
“I am the one who notices when you go quiet. That is the whole job.”
Chapter 05
Clinic patient experience
Real, consented patient experiences are being gathered with signed consent and will appear here before launch. No placeholder quotes are shown in the meantime.
The community is nickname-only, moderated by Jeni, with a pinned Wins thread every week. With the Girls — short conversations with Tabby and Jeni about protein, hormones, energy, and real life. Coming with the app.
Chapter 06
Safety by design
The guide educates and organises. It never diagnoses, never interprets an answer as a condition, and never gives medication, hormone, or dosing advice.
01Clear boundariesEvery guidance screen says plainly that it is not medical advice.
02Immediate safety directionSevere pain, chest symptoms, or crisis language trigger a safety message and crisis resources, including 988.
03A real clinic connectionSafety concerns are routed to a named person at the clinic for follow-up.
Chapter 07
Private by default
The clinic owns the app. You own your data.
Chapter 08
A smaller first cohort
The app launches with a founding cohort built from our own patients and the waitlist. Founding members lock their rate for life, get the founding badge, and shape the app through the suggestion box — when something you asked for ships, the community hears about it.
A free week to start. Pause instead of cancel, and your streak waits for you. The app is included with every clinic support-tier program. Standalone membership includes live practitioner office hours, weekly trainer sessions, the community, the education library, and member pricing on lab panels.
1:1 sessions, labs, and DNA consults are separate. Our programs are deliberately premium because members receive medical care plus the support around it.
