Chapter 02

Community host · “With the Girls”

Meet Jeni.

Somebody has to be the one who notices when you go quiet, and that is me. I host the community and the live sessions here, and most of what I do is not glamorous — it is reading every post, welcoming the woman who is nervous about her first week, and reaching out directly when someone who used to show up every day suddenly stops.

“I am the one who notices when you go quiet. That is the whole job.”
Tabby Miller, personal trainer and strength coach at Optimal Wellness Clinic

Chapter 03

Personal trainer · Strength coach

Meet Tabby.

I’m Tabby Miller, a wife, mom of four, and strength coach who believes that movement can change far more than your body—it can change your confidence, your health, and the way you experience your life.

“Our goal is to protect muscle while your weight changes. That part is mine.”
Jodi, office manager and patient care coordinator at Optimal Wellness Clinic

Chapter 04

Office manager · Patient care coordinator

Meet Jodi.

I’m Jodi, the office manager and patient care coordinator at Optimal Wellness Clinic. As a mom of two college students—and someone who has navigated hormones, menopause, binge eating, and a 163-pound weight-loss journey—I understand how personal and nonlinear change can be. I’m here to help every patient feel welcomed, informed, and supported, celebrate the wins, and make the hard days feel less lonely.

“I am here to make sure you feel welcomed, heard, and never alone in the process.”

Chapter 05

With the Girls.

Short conversations with Tabby, Jeni, and Jodi about the things members are actually living — protein, hormones, energy, and real life. Recorded in batches, published in the app, and discussed in the community.
