Protein and food, built around your protocol
Targets that account for your medication, not a generic calorie number.
Coaching & Training · with Tabby
Real coaching for protein, food, and strength training, led by Tabby at Optimal Wellness Clinic in Mason, Ohio and built around the plan your provider already knows — not a gym app that has no idea what you are taking or why.
Start simple: the free blood panel starts the conversation. Go deeper: the Root Cause Panel explores the wider picture.
Chapter 01
Weight loss medication changes appetite. It does not build strength.
It does not teach you what to eat, or when to push, or when to rest.
Most people patch that gap with three apps that do not talk to each other.
Here it is one plan, one coach, one place — and the coach reads your plan.

Chapter 02
Targets that account for your medication, not a generic calorie number.
A plan focused on building shape and strength while the weight comes off.
With replays, so a missed Tuesday is not a missed week.
Through the daily guide and the community, between visits, not just at them.
Chapter 03
I’m Tabby Miller, a wife, mom of four, and strength coach who believes that movement can change far more than your body—it can change your confidence, your health, and the way you experience your life.
My passion for strength training is deeply personal. After the birth of my fourth child, I experienced significant nerve damage and spent years dealing with back and sciatic pain. There were seasons when simple things like walking, climbing stairs, or exercising felt incredibly difficult. I know what it feels like to feel disconnected from your body and unsure if it will ever feel strong again.
Strength training and daily movement helped me rebuild. It gave me back more than physical strength—it gave me confidence in what my body was capable of. That experience completely changed the way I view fitness and ultimately led me to become a personal trainer and strength coach.

For the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of helping women become stronger, move better, and feel more capable in their own bodies. And I’ve learned that women don’t need another program that makes them feel like they’re constantly failing to be “good enough.” They need a plan that fits their real life and helps them build something that lasts.
That’s especially important when it comes to weight loss.
I believe medications like GLP-1s can be an incredible tool for the right person, but medication should never be the whole plan. Losing weight isn’t the same thing as becoming healthier. When appetite decreases, it becomes even more important to intentionally protect the muscle that keeps us strong, capable, and metabolically healthy.
That’s where I come in.
I focus on the things that medication can’t do for you: building strength, prioritizing protein, learning how to train your body, and creating habits you can actually maintain. I’m not interested in helping women simply become smaller. I want to help women become stronger.

Because the goal isn’t just to look different six months from now. It’s to be the woman who can carry her groceries, hike with her family, get off the floor with ease, lift heavy things, protect her bones and muscle, and feel confident in what her body can do for decades to come.
I work primarily with women 35 and up who are balancing careers, families, changing bodies, and full lives. My approach is practical, strength-focused, and built around the person—not a perfect timeline.
I truly believe movement is medicine, and I want every woman I work with to discover the strength she already has—and then build even more.

Chapter 05
Coaching sits beside your medical care, not apart from it. Tabby’s sessions, Dr. Ryan’s protocol, and your own daily check-in share one picture. In-person training in Mason is discussed directly, as availability allows; the movement library and live sessions in the app reach everywhere else.
