Delete your Optimal Her account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Optimal Her and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out on every device.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app, email info@owclinic.com from the email address you use to sign in to Optimal Her, with the subject “Delete my Optimal Her account”. We will confirm it is you and then delete your account. We will reply to confirm once it is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and everything recorded against it, including:

• your name, email address, phone number and date of birth
• your setup answers, plan and goals
• your medication schedule and everything you have logged: food, water, protein, fiber, weight, body measurements, doses, side effects, sleep, periods, supplements, steps and workouts
• your check-ins, notes and reflections
• your conversations with the AI assistant
• your bookings (any times you held are released)
• your reminders, notification settings and device registrations

Your Google Firebase sign-in record is deleted as well. If you signed in with Apple, the app’s connection to your Apple ID is revoked.

What is kept

• A record that a deletion happened: an anonymous identifier and the date. Nothing else about you.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it with the store you bought it from so you are not charged again:

• Google Play: Play Store → profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Optimal Her → Cancel.
• App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Optimal Her → Cancel Subscription.
